Return & Exchange Policy

• As we sell women personal special product, therefore, underwear, lingerie, shapewear and all similar products and Turkish products are not exchangeable or returnable after opening the delivery package.  Selecting items' size is the clients' responsibility. All items' sizes are clearly explained on each product's page along with needed size charts. You can revise your order and insure sizes during the order confirmation on whatsap, or you just can contact us for any inquiries on messenger or whatsap.

• The product would be exchanged only in the event of a manufacturing defect (if any) that affects the appearance of the product or affects/prevents its usage or not conforming to the description written on the website or what was requested without any cost to the client if it was reported on the same day of delivery through contacting the customers' services team and sending an image of the defected product along with product packaging. Please note that our quality teams check every single product either while entering our stores or while preparing your order and they insure to pack only non-defected items.

• In case of returning the order, shipping fees amount according to the attached slip or invoice should be paid to the shipping agent.
